notts

Someone gave us a box of chocolates from Hotel Chocolat.

My god, never tasted anything so awful, think they would have been better with a brussel sprout smeared in marmite then covered with a thin layer of really bitter chocolate.... yukky box of chocolates in the bin

Wow, you could've sent them our way - we love them!

Gapping Fanny

Horses for courses.

They aren’t meant to be guzzled like a box of milk tray, they are more artisan sweets meant to be savoured.

They have some interesting combos, but not all of them work for everyone.

I’m not a fan of them either, but more because of the jazzy taste combos. I’m not that sophisticated! I prefer Ferraro Rocher

Seriously? Obviously they weren't the salted caramel puddles as nobody could throw those away

Bloody love fererro rocher but always have to say "monsieur, wiz zees rocher you are really spoiling us", even when eating them alone.

What a waste

I’m surprised you didn’t like any though. Their selection boxes normally have sometime to please everyone - milk, dark, fruity, nutty.

I recommend their Velvetiser too - delicious hot chocolates

I went in there the other day, and my son observed “not so much a present as an investment”

Nasty, mass produced, high street chocolate. Nothing artisan about that brand at all.
