Best 80s song when you was a Kid?
Jump to: Newest in thread
"There’s too many good songs!!
Last night a DJ saved my life.
"
Yet another that currently has a TERRIBLE dance cover version doing the rounds
I have to say anything by George Michael/wham! Of course
But also loved the ones with bonkers lyrics -
Call me al - Paul Simon
Whole of the moon - waterboys
King of rock and roll - prefab sprout
Mary’s prayer - Danny Wilson
Love a surreal lyric |

Soft Cell : Tainted Love
Depeche Mode : Just can't get enough.
Those 2 songs remind me of the 80's and being in the youth club discos.
Happy days....indeed. |

Oh, I forgot. Come on Eileen, Dexys Midnight Runners, now that song takes me back to the disco in Haggerston Castle Holiday Park.
Music really is the soundtrack to our lives. |

Due to film influences, it would probably be…
Axel F - Harold Faltermeyer
People Are Strange - Echo and The Bunnymen
Oh Yeah - Yello
Don’t You Forget About Me - Simple Minds
Highway To The Danger Zone - Kenny Loggins
Too many to mention.
