Has anybody been watching the documentary? He looks like he's put the training in but I think it could end horribly for him tomorrow.

who's he figting? i heard a while ago he was doing it, but thought it was a wind up.

He's had a lot more resources than most boxers, and i reckon his opponent will be hand picked for his level.

Hes fighting a guy called Richard Dawson who im sure has only had 2-3 fights himself and is unbeaten.

I actually think Freddie has a good chance. He seems to have really put in the hours, got in shape and took it really seriously. Experience might be an issue but I honestly think if Freddie can do the basics well and keep his head and do whatever his corner tells him to that he can pull it off. Even if he gets beat I reckon hes good for a few more fights

he's a naturally big bloke, and has a lot of natural strength. He knocked out one of his sparring partners in the first episode, who was quite an experienced sparring partner according to barry mcguigan

Yeah he has the right team coaching him. Not seen the american guy but Freddies apparently got a huge height and reach advantage so he might have decent shot at winning

Its on box nation so its PPV tomorrow night be interesting to see how he does but I am not paying for it.

He wants to actually start a career if he wins hopefully he will see sense after this bout.

I can only wish Freddie all the best in it. I boxed for most of my childhood years and into my early twenties - it's surely THE toughest sport, IMO. However, the guy did so well in cricket (not a game I like, but respect and fair play to the man) and I think he could sadly lose respect by going down the boxing route - as he may well not do so well in such a demanding sport. But I seincerely hope that he proves me wrong Good luck Freddie

I have got to agree with this, however feel that he is at a slight disadvantage as his opponent weigh one and a half stone heavier than him x

He is highly unlikely to be put in with a pro who is any better than mediocre or in tip top condition.

I too have a bad feeling about this one, as I did about the Ricky Hatton "comeback". As others have said - a nice bloke; great character; cricket legend etc. It won't inspire confidence that Barry McGuigan hopes he won't "get hurt"

How hurt can he get

He'll be fighting himself by then and the cleaners trying to shoo him out of the ring so they can go home. It's only 4 rounds but don't think it'll last that long.
