Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

No.

I never know when I'm going to get a surprise roast. It was rib of beef one weekday a few weeks ago.

Durham, North Yorkshire and can travel

Amy day of the week in our house. The one rule is there always has to be Yorkshire puddings with the beef, no matter what day it is.

Got out of having a roast dinner on Sundays and moved them to Fridays.

Have used a slow-cooker on all joints of meat for years now, and beef really does come out mouth-watering. Bit of horseradish cream and it's unbeatable!

I buy about every six weeks. Beef and Pork joints, plus other meat from wholesaler. Cook joints and slice up , put in freezer. So can have anytime I want .

Do normally have at weekends . Depends on others meals cooked .
