My advice is to not cross that line in a work environment. Keep your professional life and personal life separate.
This may sound boring but it could save you a hell of a lot of hassle in the long run.
My career is far too important to jeopardise for a f#ck with a colleague, my professional reputation and my responsibilities at home (kids, bills) are reliant on my wages.

I will just say that flirting in some work environments is just a way of making the day more pleasant for all, it means nothing. |

I flirt terribly at work, I only actually fancy one person in the entire building though.
There are lots of relationships at my work though - as in easily a dozen - so work romance's are definitely a thing. |
