Why is changing a king-size duvet cover so bloody difficult?!

Because your arms are to short

There's never a king around when you need one.

You're not wrong. Ape or Inspector Gadget arms would be handy sometimes.

Tut tut. You are doing it wrong.

An ex showed me the trick to putting a king size duvet cover on.

(Although how to explain via text is challenging).

Have the cover inside out.

Put your arms inside the cover and grip the far corners.

Then grip the top corners of the duvet.

Keeping hold of the corners, shake the cover down your arms and onto the duvet.

Some quick shakes and hey presto, its fitted.

(You may want to look on Youtube instead, if my explanation confused you).

That is how I do it. But I'm either not tall enough at 5' 7" or, like Wonko says, my arms are too short because it's still bloody difficult!

I’m 5’5 and I still manage

Better finding out now rather than when you want to go to bed

I'm only 5ft 3, and do the inside out method, helps if you stand on the bed!

Even harder when your 4ft fuck all its such a mission, I have to walk round the bed 50 times and break a right sweat

I mean that's the best option

Tbf, most of the time we tackle it together. 2 hands are better than 1
