1,356 coffees, assuming 2-3 a day. Less if the heart is merely torn rather than shattered into fragile shards

Ohhhhhhhh

If it makes you feel better, and it doesn’t affect any of your usual commitments, as many as you fucking like x

When I’ve had bad times, wine and comfort food have done good things for me - as long as I balanced it out with the boring stuff

Hope you’re ok xxx

2-3 good mugs of tea over an all afternoon chat, followed by a slowly savoured bottle of wine. Repeat as required for a month or so

*heavy breath. It doesn’t mend it, but it does take away the sharpness of pain. But don’t climb to far in that bottle that you can’t get out. (I know)

Coffee. Talk to people are my best alternative advice. Also, if you are going to get d*unk, do it with a pal that’s a good listener, don’t do it alone.

1 big glass of wine of your choice but only after you have worked off the bruised heart,,, a lass i know found out her b/f was cheating on her so threw out all his clothes except his favourite joggers and top she then stitched the sleeves and leg end shut then stuffed them with old socks tights and cushions till full then pinned a face pic of him to them to make a dummy of him and got a rolling pin and bashed the living daylights out of the dummy till she was totally knackered... then she drank a full bottle of wine

Need a new path maybe.

I'm being good and won't break my fitness resolution so can't do food.

Tea will have to do

I'm not a drinker hence the non-alc options. Might make an exception tonight though

My path was hardly eating or sleeping for month. Would not recommend. Tea and music sounds like a better plan

In that case - mulled wine in a glass. Warming hands. Warming from inside. Spices are almost therapeutic and you'll sleep well

A night of chocolate and wine, followed by a week of kick ass gym sessions and you’ll be yourself again.

Plenty of people on here (M&F) who will keep you strong OP.

I hope you’re well

Partake in Åfternoon Teå. It's the most appropriate guilt-free panacea. Gorge, indulge and gluttonise to your (broken) heart's content.
