Had my stuff delivered connected it all up, rang and activated it yet I still have no connection.....rang them up and not much help they want to send engineer out I there anything else I could do, I've done all the trouble shooting I can |

Start where the cable comes through the wall into your property and ensure everything is connected tightly. Then switch on the router and wait for 10 minutes. What lights are there on the router? |
