Obviously ask if there's anything they don't like , or can't eat before hand,start with simple olives ,breads cold meats etc to nibble!
then at least the main dish is something that can go in the oven like a lasagne, fish pie etc as long as it's delicious and well made then a simple salad or steamed veg that can be prepared earlier and just put on to steam at the last minute, if you want a dessert something light but delicious that can be made earlier and kept in the fridge like a lemon posset or Eton mess,with very little plating up time! The focus needs to be on your dates not your kitchen, show of your skills by the quality of food you serve not the time it takes to dish up! |

exactly well though out menu and also thought about prep times and how to sever and yes that was the full point of this forum to post and see how others display other desirable skills like cooking nd hosting and alot failed or showd they really don't care when it comes to even basicly treating anyone you sleep with like a human being and putting they basic need of wanting to be feed above the desire for ecstacy of an orgasm |
