Probably about 4 or 5 pints. Love water, it literally makes everything better and I think it's underrated how good it is for you and how many problems people have just because they're dehydrated. |

I do like squash though... At least it's better than fizzy drinks  |

I've started buying squash to drink at work, trying to curb my Pepsi Max addiction. Probs the only time I drink plain water is at the gym, so that's not very often at all |

We aren't on mains water. Our tap water is very hard. Seeing what it does to my kettle means I drink bottled water only.
I try to get my 2l a day. I don't always manage it though |

I'm one of those weird people that don't drink tea or coffee so water is my go-to beverage, certainly during the working day. I don't keep track of the volume though  |
