Sorry - a bit of a boring thread, but how are you gym goers/runners/fitness pursuers finding the heat to affect your workouts?
I’m struggling to even get motivated as I feel very lethargic and the workout itself feels far more laborious…

Oh, I quite like it. Warm before the warm up!
Gym as normal (it's air conditioned anyway), and played football this evening as usual too. Drinking more than normal, but not much else different. I guess I figure I'm hot anyway so may as well be really hot...and the cool shower afterwards was bliss!
Sorry, that's an advice free post so pretty useless! But also don't be too hard on yourself if you do have to skip a session or two or take it slightly easier; sometimes we just need to listen to our bodies! |
