Good morning sexy people in my phone.
Today is apparently the happiest day of the year (according to science)
So tell me, what's making you happy?
What would make you happy?
Are you looking forward to anything?
And if you're not feeling happy then I hope you find one small thing, even a memory that makes you smile today. Even only for a moment.

Good morning lovely
We’re going away for a few days today so I’m looking forward to that! I haven’t packed a single thing though. I should really start getting on soon |

"Right now.... the rain. I've just walked around the garden with a coffee in my hair and enjoyed the smell, the freshness and can almost hear the plants sighing with relief! "
See, I've read a lot about the benefits of caffeine shampoo but I've never considered directly applying coffee to my hair. Might try it.
Make sure the rain doesn't wash it out! |

Camp coffee might be worth a try, you could use it instead of regular shampoo. |

Sunshine
Being on holiday
Having a good tan
Swimming pools
Food on tap
Banana milkshakes "
That's a fantastic list.
I love holidays. Just wish I could come home with a tan! Have an awesome time xx

Yup it's a beautiful thing, it's definitely cleared the air. The sun has come back out again here too.

Just having air is a relief, though I have put my fan back on in the office.
Have a lovely Tuesday x |

"How is a Tuesday the happiest day?!
Either way, sun, hot women, tasty beer, BBQs are all lovely!"
Its something to do with hours of daylight, time until holidays, time with friends etc. Tuesdays are often a bit nothingy though at times!
Mmmm I love a good Bbq.
Enjoy |

"Not for me, worst so far already. Should be boarding a plane to Milan right now but the baggage handlers are on strike in Italy so it's all got cancelled "
Oh no. I'm so sorry. What a nightmare for you.
Are you able to reschedule? |

Sadly not, was a work related freebie so can't see it been reorganised. We were heading to Lake Maggiore and haven't been up there before so doubly gutted! |

The science of happiness - these are crazy times.
Happiness tends to happen spontaneously for me. I'm fairly content and then as I am pondering your question. I got a big kiss message from someone I love - boom I felt happy. I am looking forward to seeing her.
I think the only thing that would make me happier right now, would be sharing it. I am sat in silence; watching the rain. I miss that shared moment of contentment. That's my kind of happiness. |

Good morning MsWyld.
What makes me happy is seeing my kids with smiles on their faces, giggling and having fun. Making memories for them to treasure. Seeing D's eyes sparkle with happiness and joy these things make me happy.
What would make me even happier, would be a cure for chronic pain so I can enjoy life with them, instead of watching from the sidelines.

There are plans afoot in my social diary over the coming weeks and months to meet, wine, dine, rub shoulders, woo, court and imbibe.
Not necessarily at the same time and not necessarily everything smugly listed above, but enough to put a whiplashed smile on my face and make me glow like a luminescent Libertine.
Oh, I do admire the Forumite-Socialites. |

That sounds great. I used to love a caravan break when my boys were little. Just don't look at your account. |

I can understand that completely. At times I wish for those moments of contentment too, we must just grab them wherever we can and remember them on days we can't |

The gods, the sprites and the wanton demons have already chiselled away at the stone of fate: there is no "may" but a "most certainly". |

Like you, I love seeing my boys happy. The banter between them on the family group chat makes my day when I'm at work.
My dog makes me happy too, she's the best.
Having lots of things to look forward to over the next little while is also lovely and makes me feel pretty lucky. |
