It’s not all work-debated though.
Top cause is minor illnesses - that’ll be colds, D&V etc. Then musculoskeletal and mental health - doesn’t specify if this is work related.
Cost of living is a major stresser. I’m curious Tom, where do you draw the line for employers being responsible for providing support for issues outside of work? |

You would think general hygiene standards would have improved with Covid.
Or has everyone gone back to being blasé about hand washing, nose picking, coughing in each other’s faces? |
