How do you use this site?

I've always used my phone, but just logged on using a laptop for the first time and don't really it. I guess I'm so used to the layout on my phone...

On my tablet usually but I do use the mobile layout on in. You can switch from desktop to mobile layout tho even on your laptop I think.

Do you use Browse/Search a lot?

You can't beat tabbed browsing on the proper website (ie a laptop or pc) for looking at profiles you might be interested in. So much better than emailing people who just happen to come across.

The forum is sooo much easier to type in on the website too (esp if you type a lot!). You can use tabs for threads and the go Back page function works better too!

Scrolling through long threads? Easier too.

And and you can see expanded pics in people's profiles better (you might need to be a site supporter for this.)

And you can use the cam-chat if you so wish.

The Mobile site works on a PC/laptop too....

You can even use the mobile site on your laptop (via the home page) - so you can still use WHO'S NEAR and attach pics off your hard drive - both via that link.

To me my laptop plugged in to my monitor v's using my phone are 'night and day'.

For me the only 'plus' with the phone really is putting it into my pocket and using on foot etc... two things we need at times for sure.

I used to be a confirmed pc preferences user but prefer the phone use now. Obviously pcs deliver bigger, better pics but phone use overall is simple and pics quality is a price I'm willing to pay

The best bit about the desktop version (which you can use on a mobile too) is the ability to trawl the forum archives when bored.
