Brussels Patè that is. I don’t know why but this is the only time of the year I buy it.
So as a lot of people will be going out today and filling their trolleys with goodies for the upcoming week I ask you this.
What is the one thing you only buy at this time of year?
Have a great day |

"Turkey
Bread sauce
Sugar cubes
Do the cubes go into the turkey??
No; it's the only time of year I drink/serve tea with them. Weird tradition. "
It would be weirder if you stuck them in the bird! Don't know why I thought that. |

"Easter eggs on Boxing Day.
They won't be there on Boxing Day. Will they?? "
In the darkest corner of Tescos near me, there will be at the very least…..some Lindt Easter bunnies, bags of mini eggs, or cream eggs. |

This seems a challenge to me now, and I had no interest in Easter Eggs on Boxing Day before now! |

You’re gonna go on a mission to find them aren’t you? |

Seems odd but Lindt so a 300g milk chocolate bar. I always buy one this time of year to munch through in the days between Xmas and New Year and it's amazing! |

"Cheese board/fancy chutney/posh crackers
What do you class as posh crackers? Are they not all the same? "
Posh for me equals buying a selection box, and a few boxes of types I'd not normally shove in my trolley. I've had some Peter's Yard rye & charcoal sourdough crackers on the go tonight. I love cheese, crackers, olive, grapes, chutneys. But I rarely seem to think to buy them unless they're prominent at Christmas |

"I love Brussels pate at any time of the year
It’s nice on toast but I only buy it at Christmas 🎄
Love it on toast but it has to be the coarse type - can’t stand smooth pate "
I’ll be honest I didn’t know there was more than 1 type. I just buy the one I recognise by the packaging 🫣 |

Is it made from sprouts ?"
I’ve just checked the ingredients and the closest thing is dried onions |

Snowballs. Every year I'll have them when I get home after Christmas dinner.
Some part of me knows they're disgusting even as I'm drinking them, but they've become as much part of Christmas for me as a turkey dinner and the Doctor Who Christmas special. |

"Christmas presents 🎁
...jokes aside; massive tubs of chocolate, sprouts and brandy butter."
So when you dip your hand in the tub, it's a roulette as to whether you'll get a chocolate or a sprout covered in butter? Fun times in your household |
