It’s a bad habit but anytime I’m alone and I’m eating food alone. I can’t eat unless I’m watching a YouTube video or Netflix or tv or something. Are you all like this too? Or can you just sit and eat without having to watch anything

Same with showering, I’m just used to needing to put music on while showering

Not for the same tasks you said I can eat and bathe without tv or music however I can't sleep in bed at night without TV on or some music I need background noise to help shut me down fully
