It may help to prop yourself up in bed to alleviate pressure on your chest (even though sleeping sitting upright may prove initially somewhat difficult).

I get that sometimes KC, and it feels like struggling to take a full and deep breath. To alleviate it, I normally change position and try fake-yawning to induce a yawn. I find a yawn helps with the inflation success.
(I can imagine the blow-up doll owner's club berating me for yawning at their inflatable desires).
(I never imagined I'd be writing about "inflatable desires" today). |
