Today I want posh mash. So lots of butter, a smooch of fromage frais, lots of chopped flat leaf parsley, whole grain mustard, and grated cheddar cheese. All mixed in. And season.

I don't have a favourite child. I hate them all equally.

But for the purposes of this thread, I love spuds every which way u can get them. Absolute favourite is mashed with milk and butter, heavily salted, then a know if butter on top covered with black pepper.

Or a mash butty.

I bloody love a potato so can eat them any which way. Rediscovered how yummy croquette potatoes are at Xmas but it has to be roast - par boiled, shaken in the pan after draining then chucked in hot oil. Nothing better... Well almost
