I don't have a favourite child. I hate them all equally.
But for the purposes of this thread, I love spuds every which way u can get them. Absolute favourite is mashed with milk and butter, heavily salted, then a know if butter on top covered with black pepper.

I bloody love a potato so can eat them any which way. Rediscovered how yummy croquette potatoes are at Xmas but it has to be roast - par boiled, shaken in the pan after draining then chucked in hot oil. Nothing better... Well almost  |
