If you’re using anaesthetic then you’re probably taking a fucking beyond the point where the pain would make you stop without it. So yes, you’re going to feel it when the lidocaine wears off |

I would personally avoid anaesthetic when it comes to Pegging or anal sex in general. Pain tells you when something isn't right.
As for the sore feeling, I have felt that. It normally goes away in a day. |

We use a numbing cream and we have started on relatively small toys on the strap on so I’m not to bad. The Mrs loves it tho and it makes her cum as she’s doing it. Do any other ladies do this? |

I know we all like to make sure our partners have sex that really enjoy. But I'm sure your partner doesn't want you to be in pain afterwards either. If this is a regular occurrence following pegging, I suggest something has to change. Else you're going to tense knowing what happens afterwards and it's going to lead to even more damage to you. If it's only painful when you poo, it sounds like you have tears which means cuts and there is a risk of infection associated it.
