Rocky was a great film because the bad guy ‘Apollo Creed’ was played brilliantly. In some ways you could feel sympathy for him, his brashness was for the game to hype up the sport and match, so he understood the business of boxing. Unlike Mr T in Rocky 3 Apollo was a business man as much as a fighter, rare to give a proper story to the protagonist in your film.

Carl Weathers fantastic athlete as well as a great actor, not forgetting him in Predator as well.
