Yes I do. I'm lucky, I sleep well and easily and I can awaken naturally because I don't have to go to work. Mr on the other hand is a very light sleeper, someone only needs to drop a feather in Australia and he's awake

Nope, sadly I lay and contemplate life for ages, what I forgot to do, what I have to do, why I did that thing in 1994, do I need any shopping? did I lock the back door? Is there any appointments I've forgotten? How shit I am..... It goes on for ages.

Always aim for at least seven most nights, with a bit of planning can get 8-9 couple nights a week

I sleep like a baby - a baby that no doubt snorts and gurgles and tosses and turns but I wouldn’t know as I am asleep.

The sleep tracking on my watch tells me I average 8 hours a night which feels accurate.

I sleep but it's not good quality sleep. I wake up tired always.

I monitor my sleep and I don't very often go into a deep sleep/rem.

I'm jealous of people who do get off to sleep straight away and have good quality sleep

Not usually, but last night I got almost 9 solid hours, with a quick trip to the toilet at midnight.

I felt so much better for it.

Don't know who you're replying to, but I've long suffered from people who think that cuddles are good for sleep. no touchy for me

I can go to sleep in about one minute but I'm forever going to bed after midnight and getting up way too early.

I will live while I am alive and sleep when I'm dead.

Admittedly, I am a lot closer now than when I used to say that as a teenager. That said, I generally believe it.

After my morning coffee and meds, hi ho, off to work I go to pay for a living to continue my living in comfort. I will occasionally risk assess a potential fab meet, perhaps on a bi annual basis, just to keep it on the safe side. Mostly I shop for new slippers and measure up the casket so the Co-Op knows my up to date spreadability.
