Ok you know I like my food. Here is a specially prepared a la carte menu for you to order. I will do another Fab a la cart menu (the saucy menu) later this evening.

Starters:

*Braised pork cheeks

*Classic prawn cocktail

*Wild mushrooms on Toast

*Thai spiced cornish crab risotto

*Traditional French onion soup & cheese crouton.

*Liver parfait, grilled brioche & cara_elized onions jam

*Chicken Caesar salad

Main:

*Wild SeaBass “En Papillote” and wild rice

*Gratin de legumes - aubergine, courgettes, tomatoes & pesto Gratin with side salad.

*Beef tartare, pommes frite & capers

*Confit duck leg on warm Puy lentils

*Steak served with rosemary and parmesan triple cooked chops and cheese crostini

*Braised lamb shoulder, red wine & raspberry reduction

*Grilled pigeon breast with baby leaves, pickled vegetable & red wine vinaigrette

Desserts:

*Traditional french apple tart

*Lemon tart & raspberry coulis

*Sticky toffee pudding

*Steamed chocolate fondant with vanilla chantilly chocolate mousse and sablé biscuits.

*White chocolate and strawberry creme brulee

*An icecream trio
