Straight veg is just generally easier to handle.
Dented tins ? Depends on the size and depth of the dent. The bigger the dent, the higher the risk of container integrity being breached. |

Dents in cans no as i was always told you shouldn’t get them as they can effect the shelf life not sure if its true though "
Depends on the size of the dent. If the dent is on the seam, the higher the chances the integrity has been breached. If the dent is deep enough to create sharp edges or points, again the chances of integrity being breached. I think the main contaminant would be botulism. |
