So we’re 3 months into the year.

Did you make any resolutions over new years? How are they going for you?

I have stuck to the one I made 3 years ago perfectly it was to stop making unattainable resolutions

I actually did and so far I'm doing pretty well with them.

However mine weren't the standard drop lbs, exercise etc. So I guess it makes them easier

Terribly. I’ve not gone for a single run all year. I’m still a fat fuck. And I’m not being as intentional as I want with my time.

I’m completely on top of my work load though actually. And I’ve been practising plaiting my own and my daughters hair

I didn’t, no.

If I need to change practices I tend to do it as and when needed on an ongoing basis, but good luck to anyone who is pursuing a newyear commitment.
