If it makes you feel better i went to the dentist today and unexpectedly had a root canal performed  after levitating in the chair and shaking uncontrollably with fear, i had to have a little cry in the car afterwards, it was so overwhelming  |

I'm finding it tough today to actually get out of bed. 
Made it to the kettle at 12.30 to make a brew but then accidentally fell straight back in.
Please send thoughts and prayers.....  |
