Ooooh good question... The forums are where I got my confidence being on Fab so without them, I'd probably have given up as finding people local to me would've been a huge chore to get through. |

No. Not bored. But I'd miss the entertainment and the chats that lead on from forum activities, so would likely seek that out elsewhere. And if I found it, there'd be less motivation to use something else.
I've always spent more time in this part of the site than using any other, pretty much since day one.  |

Hard to say really maybe if there wasn’t a forum I would have gave this life up and maybe found someone vinlla and went conventional
What I mean by that is I tryed the forums years ago different place my spelling didn’t go down well
So never ventured back again
From 2013- till C hit I used the place as instashag when I got the ich did leave for a period in 2018- till the mid 2019
Re joined and then C hit place didn’t have a purpose for me again
Was tempted to leave but decided to give the forums ago went ok
Till I came across all the bs and politics off the place the none incluideness
The bs about make a effort
Tryed to attend and bring this life style in to furtishon
But found the bs people a spout is nonsense
About get yourself to socials and all that tryed was denied 2x
Gave completely up on this place really

Over the years it's definitely helped. Plus my inbox is just too much effort sometimes. Here I've got a better idea of people so it makes me more likely to want to open messages from them.

No I likely wouldn’t stick around.
I find myself browsing the forums almost daily on fab at the moment. There’s some really interesting threads on here and for the most part people are open and respectful about almost every issue.
There’s also a lot of corny puns which is superb  |

I’ve met some amazing people who don’t partake in the forums so yeah, I would’ve stayed just as long without the forums  . I only come here to be a nonsense & for the shits and giggles |

No I've stayed for friends and past the time on forums as had totally give up on actually meeting someone would make a true conection with . then 6 mth ago

Nope! The funny thing is, I spent years using the site to find people and had no idea the forums existed. Now it’s all I’m here for. I’ve completely swapped my focus and needs and, for the time being, I’m very happy chatting to you mad perverts almost every day.
I’ll disappear soon though. Use me while you can!! |

I'm mostly on for the forum most days and blissfully unaware of the rest of the site. I was lucky to find the forum within a week or so joining, many years ago |

Lounge is a lot of fun a lot of the time (although I think most of us benefit from a little break sometimes), but most of my FAB use 2016-2020 and 2023-now has been driven by direct messaging profiles unlinked to Forum presence. |

I think the forums are great when you first start out to get used to people and see what people’s personalities are like.
We’ve both met people from the forums as singles and also we found each other here so will always be grateful to the forums.
But the people we have met in the main aren’t from the forums and shows there’s a whole world of people who don’t use them at all.
We sit on the sidelines on the forum so our comments mostly don’t get responses, which is fine, as I comment for myself and don’t use them with any other motive in mind.
So yes, the site would be used but when we aren’t looking then it would be used a lot less as the forums pass the time.

That’s a stark difference to my experience which is filled with nothing but unread/deleted messages. So sadly it lost its appeal a long time ago.

Well a lot of us been here decades.
Some cum back.
For me. I use forums only. Used to use chat but prefer calm places. I always struggled to get into chat so this time no worries I use the forums.
I am busy like most out of here.
