Today I'm doing beef short rib ragu and I cannot wait it's just gone in the oven for 3 hours. What are you cooking today?

Do love short rib…. Quick cook today…. Cumberland sausages apple onions and blackberries in a single pan in the oven … simples!

Mmmove ova..

Roast shoulder joint in herbs..roast potatoes.Carrot batons stuffing gravy cabbage.

With heart shaped creme egg cake later.

I'd only be cooking for son and I - he's an adult and capable so instead of cooking, I'm off to the pub this afternoon - no work tomorrow . Left over pizza for when I get back
