After watching too much TV where they always seem to have hours in the morning to have coffee, breakfast and a chat I'm wondering if anyone really does this?

My routine in get up 45 minutes before I have to leave for work, cup of coffee, shower, get dressed then straight out the door.

What's your routine?

Dubai & Nottingham

I realised early in life I’m 100% morning person. My most productive time is between six and midday & I need a bit of time before that to exercise, align, meditate / pray , eat. By 2-3pm I’m ready to socialise , do non work calls and recharge. Bed before midnight or I’m no use the next day.

I do spinal stretches ( that the physio gave me after 2 spine surgeries ) for about 15 minutes, then I'll go on the treadmill. Sometimes I'll do bodyweight exercises too...then shower.

If I have time I'll make a fruit smoothie and that will be my breakfast.

If I'm washing my hair I have to get up very early.. for the motherfucker to dry.

Weekdays up at 6am, 3 mile walk, shower, coffee, ready for the day. The weekends up at 4am dressed, straight to work

Being retired, I'm often still drinking coffee in my pants approaching midday.

Lazy bastard.

Once I passed 40 I found that I’m awake from about 04:00 so I have stacks of time in the mornings. But then I lay in bed refusing to get up until the alarm sounds at 06:00, like a child.

Teeth brushed, prep my lunch and cycle to work at 06:30, shower in work then breakfast for a 07:30 start.

St Leonards

Very similar to HotNotts above - very much morning.

Around 6am in winter, 4am at height of summer.

Meditate, nosh, wash, be brilliant until noon, totally shit noon to 5pm, eat, become a bit less shit, then get more shit 7pm - 11pm...sleep.

The exception being if there's something involving dancing that night, which is brilliant until 4/5am, and then I'm shit for 3 days later at every hour .
