Get FOMO when you don't have something booked, whether that's a date night with your partner, spa day with friends or holiday abroad booked with family?

I always love having something to look forward too

If I have a free evening to relax on my sofa, with some light reading...I begin to wonder if I'm just languishing without purpose and that I really should be doing something...to relax.

I rarely experience fomo. Between family and work, seeing regular friends and the very occasional date/meet, the chance to do nothing at all is something I dream about.

My biggest fear is that someone says that I’m NFI, like Tiffany in eastenders did.

Hey Cheerleader

No; I don't. That's because I always make sure I have things to look forward to because I think I could get fomo.

Not FOMO, but I do get the itch to travel if I am stuck at home too long. We don't often get the chance for time away unfortunately.

I didn’t do anything for so long, I did t haVe that FOMO but more regret and knowing my life was dissapearing. So I get out more now, even if it’s on my own. I always ask if someone want to tag along.

And if they say know, they ARE missing out.

It’s great in my own. I keep winning at darts/pool. The rounds are cheape. I know king get have food envy. Haha.

I hate weekends where I have nowhere to go. I might aswell just go to work.

I don’t understand FOMO - I want to do what I want to do and don’t really give two hoots what anyone else is doing.

The less I have planned the better as far as I am concerned.

Okay maybe I misworded it, I don't care what others are doing either, I just want to have nice things planned for myself/family

Holidays, weekends away.

I always write them up on the calendar and count down the number of weeks.

Our special swingers holidays in Cap D'Agde and Gran Canaria are written in code so only Paul and I know, not someone having a sly look

Just love the build up to holidays and travelling to airport still instills excitement, I'm like an overgrown kid on the way.

Are we there yet, are we there yet.

Blackpool swingers weekends are relatively new to us but they are brilliant.

im like woody - and go to a lot of things by myself - i feel its slightly worse now my kid is not here more than she is here - our weekends used to be busy - and working from home is a killer if its a quiet day.

I also feel that the more i am doing the worse the quieter period are, where as before it didnt bother me. So bigger job and getting out more during the working day is going to help - I get peopled out then

.

this life shit is a real roller coaster at times
