It depends. Your consultant and oncologist should give you lots of info. There is usually a nurse involved with the meetings too available for questions. There could be no treatment,radiotherapy, chemo, operations. It depends on a lot of things. Have you (or whoever it is) had any meetings etc or treatment yet? |

I had radical prostatectomy surgeon had to take away sperm gland and some lymph glands as well. Unfortunately, now I have to use injection into my penis and also use a medical cock pump. But what the heck I’m still alive.
Guys is not all about sex you and your partners can still enjoy special moments. Don’t passes by girls we can still have fun but do pass on the importance of men getting checked out just a simple blood test. Anyone needs advice please message me. Xx  |

It does seem to vary a lot. I had hormone therapy then radiotherapy. I now take Viagra but can function without it; it helps to keep going for longer. My ejaculation is still intense but a lot less in volume. I haven't had any complaints about performance. |
