Are you pregnant?

So twice now in two weeks I've been asked if I was pregnant and once by my dad.... I'm not, now I've got a complex.

When is it ok to ask if someone is pregnant? Surely you just wait until they say so your not pointing out their obvious weight gain....

I feel violated! I'd go to the gym but I don't want to.

I'm thankfully too old for that mistake these days.

I was once asked when my eldest was little because they'd told everyone mummy was having a baby .... I wasn't

I'd avoid asking at all. It's not of any interest to me anyway..

Also, going to the gym to lose weight is a very silly idea.

It's rarely okay to ask anyone if they're pregnant, unless you're a fertility expert or a pharmacist or about to travel or go on a fair ground ride or ... ...

No-one talks to me about me being pregnant anymore. The last pregnancy causing me to need a wheelchair kinda killed that off. I mean, I probably shouldn't recommend it, but acquiring disability made it stop for me

I moved city when I was 4/5 months pregnant. No one dared ask until I was gone 7 months pregnant and looked progressively more pregnant rather than just fat It was quite amusing!

Or if someone asks and you're past the age of being able to get pregnant. Would that make it a compliment bc you look young enough to be able to?

I'm not sure what I'd rather. Quite the conundrum.
