Sitting in the garden, obligatory coffee in hand, listening to the early morning bird song... 
Unless its wet n miserable then everything can fk off and I go back under the duvet - with coffee of course  |

I tend to find I just wake up early, maybe my body clock is a bit fucked - but equally when I wake up late I feel that I have wasted 'x' amount of hours. So cannot really win |

Because it gives me time and space to breathe, sometimes to do yoga or to catch up on emails. Sometimes I just sit and think without digital distractions. Even on days off I struggle to not wake up early. |

Because I need new pillows, my neck hurts, then I need a wee, so might aswell wake up and have a cup of tea- or if I’m working it’s because of my bloody alarm |

I don't. I used to like sitting in the garden in the early morning, grandchild on my lap with our tea, watching the early birds catching their worms.
Now I like laying in a warm bed listening to the birds while my body wakes up.
Preferably not too early. |
