I think dad bod has a wife and varied spectrum.
To some, it’s the body of a man who focuses more on fatherhood and less on his physical apperance. To others it’s not tied to that at all, and ten million other views.
Do you need a label for your body? |

I hear both all the time on here.
Guys describe themselves as having a dad bod when their kids are doing 9-5 with a beard, if you don't work out that's fine, you're average, unfit. It's ok to be those things.
Mom bod is used by guys to try and gain favour with women but it's just vomit inducing. |
