Over time, they grow large followings.
Whether that’s through hotlist, accepting all friend requests, sticking “fab for ……….” On pic’s, or a combination of many other things. |

It’s not always the same but I think once someone reaches page 1 then a lot of people hotlist them so if they post another picture it’s more likely to gain traction and get a lot of fabs |
