I've sadly discovered that shaving your foof and vigorously rubbing it against another's shaven pubic area has a 40 grit sandpaper effect on your skin.
My work trousers are most uncomfortable today.
Remedy suggestions most welcome, although I'll be in an Internet deadzone until 4:00pm and won't be able to put any into practice until then.

Warm water
A thin layer of cream
Keeping it free from friction caused by clothes
In the future, if you choose to repeat this without the friction burns lube on both on you externally will prevent the sandpaper rubbing effect. |

Never had a foof burn unfortunately, but I can swear for sudocrem. It’s a bit messy but easy to find anywhere (boots, Tesco, Morrisons) and it will work a treat. |

Ouch. I'm sure that has happened to me before. All I can suggest is light-weight underwear and loose comfy bottoms. Maybe when you're home a nice frozen packet of peas to rest against your crotch. I also get this sometimes if kissing and the man has short stubble. A nightmare for my very sensitive skin. |

I've had to make do with what's available at work, so chewed up a generous number of dock leaves and make a poultice to pack into my knickers. |
