I always start the day with Special K and a nice ryvita with low fat spread on it followed by a fresh grapefruit and green tea....Then I go to the bikers stop on the way to work and pig out on a belly buster... Shhhhh! Mum dont know.... |

Selection of preserves
Boiled Eggs (egg boiling machine supplied)

Toast (brown or white)
Cooked to order breakfast

Bacon (smoked or unsmoked)
