Picadillo con arroz a la mexicana. 🇲🇽 😋 😋

Basically- beef mince with veggies and red Mexican rice. If you Google it fantastic piccies will appear. 😋

It’s also my landing day meal when ai want nothing but comfort 🥺😌

I don’t think I have a go to meal if I’m feeling down. I’d usually just buy some chocolate.
