I like to listen to something up tempo before I go out on my bike, Holy Smoke by Iron Maiden, or Hanky Panky by Madonna and usually this will stay with me for 30-40km.

Unless some git at the lights has their music on that loud it invades my head and I end up with Murder on the Dance Floor stuck there as a ear worm
