For those that work from an office or anywhere away from home what do you do for lunch?
Leftovers or make something the night before?
Buy something?
Don’t bother?
Make it at work?
Or anything else
I have just got a microwave egg poacher. Eggs on toast with some avocado.

I normally just make a big sandwich with 200g of meat for the protein, have 100g of cheese cut into squares then whatever else I fancy that day crisps, apple, few boiled eggs ect |

I've had one for a little while... hard to master.
I had my first egg blow up the other day. Made an absolute mess in my microwave. |

I heat the water in the poacher for 90 seconds. Put the egg in. 45 seconds. Done |
