Sex isn't just about penetration is it? I really hope you find someone to enjoy it with. Probably don't aim for penetration (it can be done, but I think it mostly misses the point). The feel of the warm water on skin is like a massage, touch is augmented, kissing, some soap can add to the glide of hands over parts of the body.
Needs to be a shower with room to move, so maybe add it to the hotel checklist if you go away with someone.
