I must be the wrong shape anatomically for them as they always seem to rub me in places I don't want to be rubbed!

I wanted to make a complaint to them but somehow I couldn't seem to find the right words for an email to customer services. With every word i typed I could just imagine the poor recipient rolling about laughing and then forwarding it to everyone else in the department.

First world problems I guess

Lol. I bought 12 pairs on knickers which are so uncomfortable I can't wear them. For much the same reasons you've stated I haven't made a complaint.

"To whom it may concern.

I purchased your fine underwear with the thought that I would look simply splendid at our local adult party.

However, I just cannot get comfortable in them and if I wore them I know I couldn't perform to the best of my considerable abilities.

Therefore, I am returning them, washed, in anticipation of a full refund.

Yours, etc."

Sorted.

I have been a long time purchaser of M&S ‘pants’ …. Some male, and some female (I do love their range of ladies panties) and have never had a problem … wearing some black cotton ones now … feels lovely x

Check on the packaging or on their site theres usually always an option to give product feedback. No point suffering in silence. When i but clothes online i always read the product reviews to see what others have said. Its certainly influenced my decision about wether to buy an item or size up/down etc.

The app often gives me a discount for women's knickers, so it might do something similar for your men's ones, if you keep a lookout
