It's not difficult if you meet all the criteria and conditions for the job that you're applying for and exceed in the hiring process.

As for being "well paid"...you don't get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate.

The highest paid jobs are both the easiest & the hardest to get, the headhunters do all the work, it’s what they are paid for, they find you, you don’t find them.

Focus on aligning your linked in profile , keywords etc narrowly to the jobs you want and then just wait.
