Are you someone who enjoys having crushes on people? Do you enjoy the feeling of liking someone even if you're not sure they like you back?
Personally I find crushes painful - when I'm with the person I worry that the crush is showing and when I'm not around them for a few days I wish I were.
Also, do you find sometimes your crushes are with inappropriate people - the partners of others, or people with whom there's a substantial age difference, or are you able to switch feelings off in those cases? |

I've not had a crush, an in person proper one, for a long time. Sadly when I did, they didn't feel the same way.
A mutual crush with all that giddy energy, sizzling chemistry and fun would be very welcome. |

I love a good crush. I occasionally get them at work. I have one on a guy and everyone knows about it, even the guy. He's very flirty when we chat and I feel myself blushing. That feeling is more fun than actually acting upon it. |

I quite like having a little crush on someone - it gives me a frisson of excitement, that daft smile that plays across my lips when I see them or read a message from them. It doesn't mean that I like them romantically, it's just a crush. Fun, exciting. I like finding out it's reciprocated, those little subtle clues. I'm quite cautious so it's not been unreciprocated so far.
I like kissing someone I have a crush on. When does a crush become something else?

I enjoy feeling a good crush and messaging and knowing how they doing and being told they want me as much as much as I want them ... i find i crush a lot and over think and feel i am a pest though so end up befriending them without them realising how much I'm crushing... I over complicate things but probably all in my own head 🙈 |

It’s a wonderful feeling to fancy everything about someone so completely they pervade your thoughts, daydreams, and feelings about yourself. But, as nice as that is, it’s horrible to know that no matter how much you like someone, they can or will never be yours.
I’ve had one crush on fab that still has smouldering embers but is otherwise dead. She isn’t interested 
I’ve had a number of crushes at work and in my private life and none of them have been fulfilled, with one notable exception - the love of my life - but that ended in 2013. I should stop allowing my mind to do this to me but I suspect I’ll never manage that. |

I currently have a bit of a work crush on one of the senior managers. We teams call twice a week and his nerdiness just makes me swoon. When I visit his home office I get a hug and I swoon a bit more … *sigh* |

Amazingly my son (20) asked me for relationship advice recently although he may have been taking the p. One thing I said was don't waste time (yours and theirs) on unreciprocated feelings. When we have strong feelings/attraction for someone it can be very hard to accept its one way traffic, but it is always better to get over it asap and move on. |

I have a lot of crushes. Mostly on people who are not available, emotionally or otherwise. Sometimes, because I’m a headcase, I have crushes on those thaf showed an interest in me but I’ve said it can’t work out and then constantly thought of them 🤦♀️ |
