From joining sweetshop fab I found the forums 6 months later, it took me a month to stop trying to make friends and just be myself and the friends followed. I was a classic case of trying too hard, to please everyone on the forums. Never works  |

I've been here for the best part of 7 years and I wouldn't say I have ever felt particularly comfortable or at home. I have periods of greater and lesser confidence in using the site and meeting people, but that's probably true for most things I do in life. |
