Cayenne pepper is good for congestion. Fresh Ginger is good for throat and immune boosting. I tend to have a hot drink with ; honey, lemon, ginger and tiny pinch of cayenne. |

Mine hasn't quite been proper Man Flu. More like Petulant Teenager Flu. Just a stupid annoying tickly cough at night, that has kept me awake enough to get on my tits. 😅
