The answer is not as simple as is being made out...
First, establish whether they live in Norfolk, Lincolnshire, parts of Wales, certain remote Scottish islands, or Bumfuck Alabama?
If yes, start with a social and see how it goes.
If not, block and forget you ever saw them.
Remember that all socials start with the typical greeting from these parts - raise you right hand aloft and shout "YO, give me six".

Don't block them, become their friend and monitor their movements as in patties, clubs and dogging they may go to, you then can avoid an embarrassing meet.
