just watched documentary...

fantastic, made me cry...

just makes you realise how much havoc and devastation nature can cause...

i also recognised someone from school, glad he was one of the lucky ones...

I went to Thailand (Phuket) the year after. It was still cleaned up but you could still see the devestation. The ceremonies on the beaches on the anniversary still make me weep. And oh what wonderfully gentle, sweet people.

Recorded the programme for tomorrows viewing when I can blub all on me own.
