I was prescribed it once but couldn't get up to the recommended dose without being completely wiped out.
After a month on only half a pill I found I'd put on a stupid amount of weight, so decided to give up.
Not taking anything now. |

So I took it for first time last night,half a tablet not the whole tablet as instructed.
Absolutely obliterated today slept 9 hrs last night and had to force myself awake, late for work and felt out of it all day.
Not a nice feeling 
I don't think I'll be carrying on with them even now 24 hrs on I'm feeling almost hungover  |

Unfortunately due to something that happened in work in 2019 have been on them since it works for me I was sleepy to begin with but along with my regular sessions with my councillor slowly but surely everything got better |

In the month I was taking it I went from 12 to 14 stone!
I'm back to 12 now, but it was ridiculous! |

im sure we would be shocked if we knew how many people were prescribed anti depression/anxiety meds i think the numbers are huge |

Was on it for about a year, started lower dose and found myself really groggy in the morning and needed a lot of coffee to get going but needed it as wasn't sleeping without it.
Really really had to watch what I ate as it was so easy to put the weight on.
Thanks to therapy and support I was able to come off it but it was a bitch of a withdrawal as had gotten over the groggy mornings but they came back with a vengeance when I dropped my dose so after two weeks I just stopped it rather than the 6 weeks recommended. |
