Mum and dad are off to blue water today so they are bringing me back Krispy kreme's !!! Yum.

Just took me ages to choose my 3.

Chose lemon meringue, orange gloss and millionaires shortbread. Only the second time I've had them as nowhere near me sells them!!

To be honest, I believe they are overprice for what they are worth.

I prefer freshly cooked ones with cinnamon sugar myself.

They are expensive but I fancied a treat. The ones you get in markets when they've just come out the machine still hot are amazing!! No where round here sells those either

3? 3? 3? Really???????

How on earth can you choose just 3?

I always spend an age pondering over my self-selction dozen box as they always put plenty of the dull ones in the pre-packed selection.

I usually end up with plenty of choclate cream filled one along with the really unhealthy options!

And I struggle to pass by a display in a service station without indulging!

Lemon meringue was the one I knew I was having as I had it before! Took me a while to select the other two. X

The land of grey peas and bacon

"ive never heard of them"

They are an American brand that has been around for years however sought international stardom thanks to Sex in the City.... Its an overpriced doughnut that has many flavours.. The tesco's near my work now sells them and I brought some into work for everyone.. I don't eat them or I will just eat the lot...

krispey kremes are made fresh every night I have delivered for them from both thier Manchester depots start at 3.30 am to have all deliverys done by 11 am 7 days a week .only time I have gone outside that was when the new branch opens at Glasgow and Manchester helped supply the demand for over 60,000 donuts a day for the first week !

wasn't implying that they weren't made fresh, just saying for the size of them, I don't think their value is great...the other freshmade one's I was talking about are a lot bigger, you see the people who are making them right there, it's local, it's just nice. That's all. geesh.

There is a difference between being made fresh daily, and being made fresh right in front of me, and are still hot when they are handed to me coated in sugar.

Yea that's what I meant too! Nothing beats a hot sugary doughnut straight out the oil! The market used to sell them in paper bags of 5 for a couple of quid and the smell was amazing!!

Vile things, not proper doughnuts at all.

The lovely soft, sugary, squirty-jam-as-you-bite-into-them are proper ones.

I prefer ring ones to jam-filled ones myself.
