this Monday morning I am feeling a little unsure..... had a constructive chat with my firm last week. I have some neurodivergent "quirks" that can make me seem rebellious and non conformist, even when I am not trying to be. They apologised to me for having spent the last 8 years trying to force me into their way of doing things (they were sounding quite sincere rather than sarcastic) and have asked me to redefine my role and create a job description for myself....... having had time to refelct, I am now wondering if this chat might constitute as my final warning
